Study on dynamic load-sharing characteristics of face gear dual-power split transmission system with backlash, support and spline clearance

چکیده
Abstract. The dynamic load-sharing characteristics of aircraft face gear dual-power split transmission system (FGDPSTS) are taken as the research object. Considering factors time-varying meshing stiffness, comprehensive error, backlash, support clearance, spline torsional and model was constructed based on lumped-parameter method. loaded tooth contact analysis (LTCA) simulation method used to calculate stiffness. coefficient (DLSC) is obtained by using Runge–Kutta influences errors, stiffness DLSC were analyzed, biggest affecting performance found out. results show that influence backlash two-stage herringbone pair more sensitive. clearance less. increases with increase installation error eccentricity gears most has little effect one stage but great coefficient. stronger. It provided a theoretical basis for stability optimization design system.
